The ASAP Fleet: What Every Vehicle Has in Common
All of our vehicles share the same standard. Each car in the fleet is late-model and valeted before every trip. It’s fully insured for commercial passenger use, with PCO-licensed and DBS-checked chauffeurs who are dressed for the occasion and briefed on the route before they pick you up.
We’ve deliberately kept the fleet focused on Mercedes-Benz – the E-Class, S-Class and V-Class cover executive travel, VIP journeys and group transfers between them, and running one marque means consistent build quality, consistent interiors and consistent servicing across every booking. You’re booking with a registered UK business, Company No. 11274168, rather than an informal arrangement – you can read more about us here. That combination – a properly maintained car and a vetted driver – is what separates a chauffeur car in London from a standard minicab.

Executive Travel: Mercedes-Benz E-Class
The E-Class sits at the entry point of our chauffeur service and handles the bulk of everyday bookings: airport runs, client meetings and city transfers where punctuality matters more than spectacle.
It’s the most compact car in the fleet, easy to manoeuvre through central London traffic, with leather seating, climate control and enough boot space for a couple of suitcases plus hand luggage. For a solo traveller or a pair heading to a meeting, it does everything the larger cars do without paying for space you won’t use.
VIP and Executive Journeys: Mercedes-Benz S-Class
For occasions where you want to make a strong first impression, the S-Class offers a level of refinement above the E-Class. The cabin is genuinely plush – heated and ventilated seats, ambient lighting and a quiet ride that makes long journeys feel shorter.
It’s the natural choice for VIP transfers, senior client collections, weddings and evening events, as well as longer motorway runs where cabin comfort makes a real difference. For events and evenings out, many clients book it by the hour. Like every car in the fleet, it comes with a DBS-checked, PCO-licensed chauffeur.
Groups and Luggage: Mercedes-Benz V-Class
When a single sedan won’t fit everyone, the V-Class takes over. It seats up to seven in individually configurable forward or face-to-face seating, with room for several large cases in the boot. It’s the standard choice for family airport transfers, wedding parties and small corporate groups travelling together.
It’s also the right call when luggage volume is the main constraint rather than passenger numbers – a group heading to Heathrow with golf clubs or several days’ worth of cases between them. The V-Class keeps the same standard of presentation and driver vetting as the sedans, so a bigger group doesn’t mean a lower standard of service. If your party is larger than seven, get in touch and we can pair two vehicles and coordinate both as a single booking.
How Vehicles Are Maintained and Presented
Every car in the fleet goes through the same routine before it’s allowed out on a job. Vehicles are checked mechanically on a rolling schedule, valeted inside and out before each booking, and inspected for anything that would fall short of how the car looked when it was photographed for this page.
Interiors are wiped down, glass cleaned and any wear addressed. Chauffeurs carry out a final walk-round check before every pickup, confirming that fuel and cleanliness are in order and that the car matches what the client booked. That routine is what keeps the fleet late-model and immaculately presented, booking after booking.

The Fleet: Your Questions Answered
What cars are in the ASAP fleet?
The fleet is Mercedes-Benz throughout: the E-Class for executive and airport travel, the S-Class for VIP and premium journeys, and the V-Class for groups of up to seven. Every car is late-model and driven by a fully insured, DBS-checked chauffeur.
How do I choose the right vehicle?
Start with passengers and luggage, then factor in the occasion. The comparison table above maps each car to its typical use, and our team can recommend a specific vehicle based on your itinerary.
How old are the cars?
All vehicles are late-model and regularly renewed, so every booking comes with a modern, well-maintained car.
How many passengers can you carry?
The E-Class and S-Class carry up to three passengers. The V-Class carries up to seven. For larger groups, we can pair vehicles and run them as one booking.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. Our booking system lets you pick your preferred model rather than a general category, so the car you reserve is the car that turns up, provided it's free on your date.
Are the cars insured for chauffeur use?
Yes. Every vehicle carries full commercial insurance for chauffeured passenger transport, and every driver is PCO-licensed and DBS-checked before they're assigned any booking.
Is there a price difference between vehicles?
Yes. The E-Class starts at £50 per hour, and the S-Class and V-Class at £70 per hour. Visit our pricing page for full guidance, or request a quote for your journey and we'll confirm the price before you book.
Can you carry extra luggage?
The V-Class is the most practical option for heavier luggage loads, with room for multiple large cases alongside up to seven passengers. The comparison table above sets out the capacity of each vehicle.
Do you offer other vehicles on request?
Our own fleet is the three Mercedes-Benz models listed above. If you need something outside that range for a specific occasion, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
Book Your Chauffeur and Vehicle
Once you know which car suits your journey, booking takes a couple of minutes. Choose your vehicle, confirm your pickup details, and we'll take care of the rest - from route planning to a chauffeur who's ready before you are. If you're still deciding between two options, get in touch and we'll recommend a vehicle based on your trip rather than a general guess.
